Why Calma yoga events?

At Calma Yoga, I create nurturing events that give you the space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Each gathering is thoughtfully designed to bring together the gentle wisdom of yoga and calming environments, so you can feel restored, inspired and at ease. Whether you’re joining me for a peaceful retreat in nature, a revitalising workshop, or a supportive training session, my intention is always to care for your mind, body and spirit. Together, we’ll explore the benefits of yoga, cultivate mindfulness and find a deeper sense of balance. Calma Yoga events aren’t just about showing up—they’re about giving yourself the gift of inner peace and nourishment.

The Tree Relaxation Retreat August 2026 & February 2027

Located in the heart of the North York Moors National Park, The Tree Relaxation Retreat is the perfect place to rest and recharge your mind, body and soul.

Leave your everyday stresses behind and enjoy the soothing benefits of yoga, meditation, delicious vegetarian food, holistic treatments. Set just outside the peaceful village of Rosedale, The Tree offers a cosy home from home atmosphere which you can enjoy with friends and family, or simply on your own  7th-9th August 2026 (fully booked) &  26th-28th February 2027.
