Calma Yoga classes are not fashion orientated, you don’t need to buy new clothes, you probably have joggers/leggings and a t-shirt that would be perfect.  Be prepared to have bare feet for some of the class.

 

It should NEVER hurt!

Everything you need can be borrowed at Calma Yoga classes, maybe bring a little bottle of water.

Always tell your teacher about any health conditions or injuries so you can be guided to stay safe.

Yoga is a method of achieving a relaxed mind and a comfortable balanced body.

 

It doesn’t matter, Yoga will improve your flexibility, but it’s not essential to be flexible initially.

Eat light and always at least a couple of hours before your class starts.

Again it doesn’t matter, do what you can comfortably do, then imagine/visualise any poses you feel you can’t attempt right now.

If you’re new to Yoga it’s fine to start after 13 weeks, if you’re already practicing then it’s ok to continue, always make sure your specially qualified teacher knows so they can guide you.
